He has extensive knowledge of fleets, OEMs, and utilities, and consults in the ZEV customer environment as Chief Customer Officer.
Elaine Hill, now CFO of éXō Fleets, brings over a decade of experience as an FD and CFO for dynamic startups and SMEs. Passionate about nurturing growth, she expertly navigates strategy, revenue enhancement, and operations. EVSE Engineering Advisor Patrick has 30 years’ experience in industrial engineering, specialising in low-carbon technologies, power systems, and EV infrastructure. He delivers bus depot electrification, fleet energy modelling, and charging optimisation projects across Europe and North America. His expertise spans electrical infrastructure design, energy modelling, and contractor management. Patrick holds a PhD in Chemical and Process Engineering (University of Leeds), an MSc in Energy Studies, and a BEng in Electronic Engineering.

He serves as an independent advisor and board member in energy, mobility, and climate tech. He is also on EVIQ's board, an EV charging infrastructure company backed by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund.
Manuel is an experienced entrepreneur and impact investor focused on green mobility and deep tech. With a vast European network, he contributes to various startup accelerators. Recently, he led EcoG's growth, an IoT platform for EV charging in Europe, and has founded four successful ventures.
